Eligibility for Refunds
Customers may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- Delivery was not completed due to an error by Turkish Delivery.
- Package was lost or damaged during transit under our responsibility.
- Duplicate charges or billing errors occurred.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
- Customer was unavailable at the time of delivery.
- Cancellation after the delivery is already dispatched.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of the incident. Provide your order number, reason for refund, and any relevant details.
Once we review and approve your request, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
